EIT Athletics Sport Specific Weight Training Programs are designed with the athlete in mind and it is our Goal to help You become the best You can be at your chosen sport. All EIT Programs are Sport Specific and are tailored to the Individual.

Private One-on-One Training
  • Session Length
    • A Typical session will be 1 hour.
    • Ususally between 2-4 sessions per week.
  • Days and Times
    • Depends upon Coach Availability.
  • Age Requirments
    • 13 and above due to Growth Plate issues and Physical Development.
  • Session Price
    • $60.00 per session.

Semi-Private Training
    Session Length
    • When your training program begins, a staff member of EIT Athletics will come with you to your gym and go over the entire Training Progam and each Exercise.
      • Our goal is to make you Self Sufficient and Knowledgable about your Specific Training Program so that you are able to train during the times that are most convenient for you.
    • Once Every Month, or until our program comes to an end, you will be required to log in to our Web Site to update your progress and recieve changes to your program from the EIT Coaching Staff.

    • $55.00 per session.

Other than the above mentioned differences (and price), the Semi-Private session are the same as the Private One-on-One Sessions. The only difference being that you are now free to train When and Where You Chose!
