These skills are vital in the recovery from injury. These skills are vital to team harmony and cohesion, and managing the relationship between coach and athlete. EIT athletics is employing Roger Friesen, a Sport Psychology Consultant who has extensive experience in working with teams, athletes and coaches at all levels. His experience has inclcuded 18 years of working with National and Olympic level athletes. The ideas, strategies and techniques have evolved through extensive application. All strategies and technques have been tried and tested in the most demanding conditions. It is our goal to make Roger Friesen available to anyone who wants to push their boundaries and truly see how far they can push themselves in their development.
