Speed, Agility, Quickness, Strength, Explosive Power and Mobility are the Building Blocks upon which Athletic Performance is built.

EIT Athletics specializes in SAQ Training that is Sport Specific and Tailored to the individual and it is our goal to give you the Tools you need to become the Best at your sport.

EIT Athletics SAQ Classes teach the basics of movement through our Unique and Scientifically based training theroies and practices. More specifically, we look to improve: Over all Speed (including foot speed), Agility, Quickness, Explosive Power, and Deceleration.


Team Training and One-on-One Coaching "In most cases, our staff members will come to your field or training venue"

  • Session Length
  • A Typical session will be 1 hour in length.
  • Usually 1-2 sessions per week.

  • Days and Times
  • Depends upon Coach Availability.

  • Age Requirments
  • 12 and Older.

  • Session Price
  • $10.00 per session per child for team sessions consisting of 6 or more athletes.
  • $60.00 per session for one-on-one training or for groups less than 6.
