Sean has a variety of coaching, training, and academic experience in a number of high-level sports. In 2004, Sean was an assistant coach, as well as sports conditioning trainer for the University College of the Fraser Valley Men's soccer team.  He has 2 years experience as a SAQ (Speed Agility Quickness) trainer in the lower mainland as well as holding his BOSU Integrated Balance Training certification from Twist Conditioning.

In addition to working in the realm of sports conditioning, Sean has also conducted numerous seminars in the field of sports psychology for elite youth hockey and volleyball teams.  The seminars were an avenue in which to introduce young elite athletes to the concepts of goal setting, team cohesion, visual imagery, and team building.

Sean is a member of the North American Society for the Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity and in 2007; Sean conducted research on the motor behavior of a golf swing. Sean’s findings were published in the Journal of Sport and Exercise Psychology 2007 Conference Supplemental.

Sean has a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology from the University College of the Fraser Valley and he plans to begin a masters degree program in September 2008.
