Colin has been actively involved in the soccer community since 2000 when he accepted the position of Goalkeeper coach for the very first women’s professional soccer team in the Greater Vancouver area – the Vancouver Lady Sixers. This opportunity opened many doors for Colin, and in a very short time, he was working with the Vancouver Whitecaps and the Vancouver Breakers professional soccer teams.

During this time, Colin also worked as an Assistant coach for the University College of the Fraser Valley men’s team and Trinity Western University women’s team where in 2004, Colin helped lead Trinity Western University to a gold medal in the Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) play offs in Montreal. Colin continues to be actively involved with many of the local clubs and teams in the Lower Mainland both as an academy coach, goalkeeper coach and SAQ trainer.

More recently, Colin has expanded his base of knowledge to include speed, agility, quickness and explosive power training. With these ideas in mind, Colin founded EIT Athletics, which specializes in SAQ training and personal training plans for both professional and recreational athletes.

Working in conjunction with his strong coaching staff, it is Colin’s goal to bring the knowledge he has gathered over the many years of schooling together with his passion for sports to establish a company that is capable of meeting the needs of the ever-expanding sports community.

Colin received his Diploma of Sport Science from Douglas College in 2002, and in 2006, Colin graduated with his Bachelors of Kinesiology from the University College of the Fraser Valley. In 2007, Colin Graduated from Simon Fraser University with his Bachelors Degree in Education and he currently works in the Fraser Valley as a schoolteacher.

In addition, Colin also has his Level 1 Sports Aid Certificate through BC Sports Med and is a certified through Can-Fit Pro and Twist Conditioning as a Sports Movement Instructor.
